FAQ
Straight answers before we start
The useful details about cost, ownership, compliance, and what working together actually looks like.
Services
- How much does a project cost?
- Each service page lists a starting price. Most website projects land between 7,500 and 40,000 EUR depending on how much of it is bespoke. We quote a fixed price once the scope is written down, and we say so plainly when a piece of work is genuinely too uncertain to fix a price on.
- How long does it take?
- Two to eight weeks for most projects. The lead time on each service page is what we have actually delivered, not a best case. The usual delay is not engineering: it is waiting for content, brand assets, or third-party platform review.
- Do you work with our existing codebase?
- Yes, if it is maintainable. We will read it first and tell you honestly whether extending it is cheaper than replacing it. Sometimes the answer is that you should keep what you have and we should not take the job.
Ownership
- Who owns the code?
- You do, from the first commit. The repository is yours, the infrastructure account is in your name, and there is no license that expires if you stop working with us. If you leave, you leave with everything.
- What happens if we stop working together?
- You keep the repository, the infrastructure and the documentation. We will spend a handover call with whoever takes it over. There is no data export fee and no proprietary layer you have to keep paying for.
Compliance
- Can you make us GDPR or DPDP compliant?
- We can make your software do what compliance requires: consent records, enforced retention, a working data request flow, encryption at rest, and an accurate sub-processor list. We are engineers, not lawyers - your counsel writes the policy, and we make the code match it.
- Do you use AI in the work you deliver?
- We use AI tools to draft code and copy, always reviewed by a person before it is committed. We never train a model on your data without written instruction. Anything AI-powered we build for you ships with its own transparency page.
Support
- What happens after launch?
- Either your team takes it, or we keep it on a monthly care plan: patches, monitoring, backups with tested restores, and a monthly report. Both are fine. Being unable to leave is not.
