This page describes what Wissensys Technologies does with personal data, and what the code actually enforces. Where it names a retention period or a safeguard, that period or safeguard is implemented in the application, not only promised here.
Who is responsible
Wissensys Technologies is the controller for the data described below. Questions and requests: [email protected].
What we collect, and why
- Enquiries. Your name, email, optional phone and company, and your message. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); under the DPDP Act, the purpose you provided it for.
- Newsletter. Your email, and the record of your confirmation. Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking the confirmation link.
- Page analytics. The page visited, the referring site, a coarse device type, and a visitor identifier that is regenerated every day. It cannot be linked to you or followed across days, which is why it needs no consent.
- Consent records. What you agreed to, when, and which version of this policy was live at the time. We are required to be able to demonstrate this.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data, to anyone, for any price.
- We do not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts before you consent.
- We do not store raw IP addresses; only a keyed hash we cannot reverse.
- We do not treat an enquiry as permission to add you to a mailing list.
What the code enforces
The rest of this page is written by a person. This section is not: it is generated from the same configuration the application runs on, so it cannot describe a retention window or a processor we do not actually use.
How long we keep it
These windows are enforced by a scheduled job that deletes expired records.

How it is protected
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message bodies are encrypted at rest.
- IP addresses are stored only as a keyed hash.
- The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS and a content security policy.
- Administrative access requires an account plus a second factor.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, a portable export, or object to processing. Use the data request form: it verifies the request came from you, then we answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority - in Germany the data protection authority of your state, in India the Data Protection Board.
